AC/DC is 45 years old, and up until recently, it was unclear how they’d continue . . . after losing guitarist Malcolm Young, singer Brian Johnson, bassist Cliff Williams, and drummer Phil Rudd over the past few years.

Malcolm passed away, Brian left after suffering serious hearing problems, Cliff retired, and Phil was dumped after getting into a big legal mess.  Axl Rose took over for Brian, but he also has Guns N’ Roses.

Well, rumor has it that Brian and Phil are back in the fold . . . along with Stevie Young, who’s the nephew of Malcolm and Angus Young, the band’s last original member.

There’s nothing official, but Brian and Phil were photographed outside the Vancouver studio where the last three AC/DC albums were recorded.  So naturally people are speculating that they’re recording a new album.

We’ll have to wait and see.  Brian previously said that the treatment on his hearing loss was working . . . but who knows, maybe they were getting together for another reason.
